I guess this is because of the definition you have of your papiSite in
the LDAP. It should be as follows:

papiSitePoA: http://papi.tpm.fr

as you have defined in the configuration for the default PoA. Bear in
mind that, if you use the LDAP credential handler, the LDAP values
override what you have set as default.
