Hola,

creo que en la versión 1.5 faltan unos ficheros de ejemplo. En el 
EXAMPLES dice:

  Virtual Servers defined in Apache config file:

  - httpd-with-VS.conf
  - papi_conf-without-VS.xml

  Virtual servers define in PAPI config file:

  - httpd-without-VS.conf
  - papi_conf-with-VS.xml

Estos faltan. Tampoco los he encontrado en la versión anterior.
