Registration open - EuHEA PhD student-supervisor and early career researcher conference Manchester 2014

Registration is now open for the first EuHEA PhD student-supervisor and early career researcher (ECR) conference, to be held in Manchester 1st-3rd September 2014

The format of the conference, along with the pricing structure, strongly encourage attendance of both PhD students/ECRs and their supervisors. Supervisor is defined loosely for this reason, and can refer to any senior colleague willing to attend the conference and discuss the work of another participant. PhD students, ECRs and supervisors are, however, very welcome to attend the conference alone at the single delegate rate.

Early bird registration period = 1st March - 30th April 2014

Single delegate rate = £500

For joint delegates (i.e. those attending in a PhD student/ECR AND supervisor/senior colleague pair:)

First delegate of a joint registration = £500
Second delegate of a joint registration = £100

To register as a pair, the second delegate must provide the name of the first delegate in their pair. It is possible for delegates in a pair to register separately, however the price paid by the second delegate will be that available at the time of their registration.

Standard registration period = 1st May - 31st July 2014

Single delegate rate = £550

For joint delegates (i.e. those attending in a PhD student/ECR AND supervisor/senior colleague pair:)

First delegate of a joint registration = £550
Second delegate of a joint registration = £150

Registration fees are all inclusive of two night’s accommodation at The Palace Hotel, food and refreshments throughout the conference which includes a gala dinner and drinks reception, and the conference registration fee itself.
