Health Economics Senior Manager | Value, Acces & Policy. Amgen

We are currently looking for a Health Economics Manager (12 months contract) for our Value, Access & Policy department based in Barcelona. This person will report to Ignasi Campos, Sr Manager Health Economics.
 
Main accountabilities include:  
 
  Lead customization of local product value proposition for successful reimbursement decisions to maximise patient access in cooperation with local and international matrix teams

  Lead value evidence generation for successful pricing, reimbursement, HTA and local payer/provider support

  Leverage HE/HTA external KOL network 

  Support production of local HTA dossiers, tool and materials aligned with value and access strategy  

  Responsible for local HE project delivery

  Responsible for implementation of governance processes related to HTA, models, protocols
 
Specific responsibilities: 
 
  Responsible for local HE project delivery

  Responsible for implementation of governance processes related to HTA, models, protocols

  Ensure alignment of local value & access strategies for dedicated product(s) with international access and product leads 
  
  Support the development of product related reimbursement strategies and tactics

  Drive local customization of HTA dossiers, models and value proposition (e.g. model structure, unit costs and utility data) for dedicated products for successful  pricing, reimbursement and HTA 

  Support development and implementation of local HE&R/HTA communication and publication strategies aligned with value & access strategy

  Drive the execution of local HE studies, including observational studies, and ensure strong contributions to regional evidence generation

  Support local input to cross-functional access planning 

  Facilitate HE&R/HTA training and education internally and when appropriate to external customers

  Input to program development for pipeline, new indications or for price/reimbursement maintenance 

  Active membership of international functional HE network 
  Command of Spanish language is required 

  Experience in oncology and/or hematology is a plus

  Experience in HTA bodies is also a plus
