* Strong C++ skills: MULTITHREADING (VERY IMPORTANT), Concurrent Programming
(Critical Sections, Locks, Semaphores, Monitors), Object Oriented
Programming (OOP), Design Patterns.
* Strong understanding of ASYNCHRONOUS APIs.
* Basic knowledge of Java.

NICE TO HAVE (not required):
* Hands-on experience with some commercial messaging library (i.e. TIBCO,
IBM MQ Series, JMS, MS MQ Series).

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:

* Good mathematical skills.

* Basic knowledge of standard statistics.
