Preliminary Program and Abstract Submission
Deadline Extension
for the
International Conference on Complex Systems
Attached is a preliminary program for the 5th
International Conference on Complex Systems. As
you can see from the program, this ICCS, like
the previous ones, is an unusual opportunity
to discuss advances that contribute to our
general understanding of complex systems. It
is also a remarkable opportunity for pedagogy.
Please note that this is not a final program.
Many outstanding abstracts have been received
that will become part of the program.
Because of a delay in the program committee meeting
the ICCS abstract submission deadline has been
extended to February 15. After this date, abstracts
will be accepted only if space is available in
specific sessions. The early registration deadline
has been extended to March 1.
Registering to attend the conference without
giving a presentation is also still possible.
Students and postdocs should submit papers about
recent advances in their research. Generally,
they will be given opportunities to give short
talks or, if they prefer, poster presentations.
We expect to have funds to assist students and
postdocs in attending the conference.
Please see the conference web page at:
http://www.necsi.net/events/iccs/iccscover.html
Best,
Yaneer
