Prospective Call for PhD Students and Post-docs in the CRM Research Group on Mathematical Modelling for Biology and Health Sciences

The CRM is currently in the process of establishing a research group on Mathematical Modelling for Biology and Health Sciences under the direction of Professor Tomás Alarcón, who will join CRM during next autumn.

Interested candidates to start a PhD project in this area during the academic year 2010-2011 are requested to write an e-mail expressing their interest and send their CV together with academic records to [log in para visualizar], writing PhD Biomathematics in the subject. The selected candidates will obtain a 4-year predoctoral grant at CRM. A basic requirement is to be eligible for admission in a Mathematics Ph.D. programme within a Catalan University. Applications are also invited for a 2-year postdoc position within this group.
