The program will also include round table discussions

The school aims primerily at scientists at the postdoctoral level, but we also
welcome advanced PhD students and senior scientists.
There will be space for 60 to 80 participants.
They must come from NATO, NATO Partner or
Mediterranean Dialogue countries (for a list of these countries see
http://www.nato.int/science/e/eapc.htm). A limited
number of fellowships covering part or all subsistance expenses
will be available. Deadline for applications
