of statistical physics and condensed matter:

Disordered Systems

Lectures:
B. Altshuler: Anderson Localization and Beyond
G. Ben Arous: Universal Features of Slow Dynamics in Random Media
S. Majumdar: Random Matrix Theory and its Applications
G. Parisi: Mean-Field Theory of Glassy Systems and Beyond

The school will take place from the 3rd to the 15th of June
at the French National Sailing School, on the peninsula of
Quiberon in southern Brittany, France.

The deadline for application is March 30.

A special care will be devoted to pedagogy: there will be long series
of lectures on the blackboard that will go progressively from
the basics to the current research edge. The plans of the lectures can
be found on the website.
Furthermore, there will be sailing lessons in the afternoon.
