Se busca un/a candidato/a predoctoral para la realización de una tesis doctoral en el área de Neurociencia Biomédica, en un programa de doctorado oficialmente acreditado en España. Se oferta contrato predoctoral para incorporarse en el Proyecto innovador sobre estrés térmico en corderos y calidad de carne “Dietary betaine to mitigate the effects of heat stress on performance and meat quality of light lambs. Development of non-invasive tools to detect defective meat by heat stress”.

Se ofrece un contrato de 4 años para realizar la tesis doctoral, incorporación a un equipo de investigación multidisciplinar y formación investigadora en un entorno científico de excelencia. Incorporación al equipo en febrero de 2026.

Los ensayos de cebo de cordero se realizan en Zaragoza y Jaca, estudiándose los parámetros productivos y hematológicos. Se sacrificarán los animales para la recogida de muestras y se estudiará la microbiota ileal, mecanismos de muerte celular, adipogénesis, calidad de la carne y vesículas extracelulares además del uso de herramientas de aprendizaje automático y espectroscopía NIR y MIR.
