Learn about the key concepts in health economics with our online short course

The HERU short online course in Health Economics is aimed at health professionals and other interested students who would like an introduction to the core concepts in health economics. No prior knowledge of economics is required.

The course will introduce students to core topics in health economics including the organisation, financing and delivery of healthcare; the economic evaluation of alternative ways of providing healthcare; and the economics of health behaviours.
Health Economics is an 11-week course, delivered entirely online. You can study with us anywhere in the world and manage your study hours to suit you. The time commitment is 10-15 hours per week. The course is taught at Masters level by HERU staff and starts on 25 January 2021.
