Call for Pre-Congress Session Proposals: iHEA World Congress, Boston, 2017

Pre-Congress Sessions will take place on Friday, July 7th and Saturday July 8th (before the evening opening plenary) on the Boston University Main Campus in the rooms where the World Congress will be held. These sessions provide an opportunity to take advantage of health economists coming together from around the world. The content of these sessions are fully organized and coordinated by the person or organization submitting the proposal, but should be related to health economics issues. Sessions may be open or closed depending on the nature of the meeting, but the majority will be open for congress delegates to join freely.

All rooms have fixed, tiered, lecture theatre style seating and are equipped with a computer, projector and screen, as well as a whiteboard or chalkboard. Most rooms have a seating capacity of about 60 people and sessions can be scheduled for two hour, half day, or full day sessions. The cost to session organizers is as presented below. Mid-morning and afternoon beverages will be provided; lunch is not included but can be provided at an additional cost to session organizers. Payment must be received by May 1, 2017, two months prior to the conference.

Duration Price (USD)
2 hour	$1,200
