Economics prize seeks ideas to ‘radically improve’ hospitals
Do you have an idea which could transform how hospitals are designed and planned? This year’s Wolfson Economics Prize has launched, and is offering £250,000 for the idea which best answers the following question: How would you design and plan new hospitals to radically improve patient experiences, clinical outcomes, staff wellbeing and integration with wider health and social care?
Entry is free and open to anyone both in the UK or internationally. The Prize is being run in partnership with the think tank Policy Exchange, and more information about this year’s Judging Panel, criteria and Prize rules can be found on their website at policyexchange.org.uk/wolfsonprize/.
The deadline for first round entries is Friday 18th June.
