Continuing from our successful webinar on 'Ensuring Continuity of Care in Times of Crisis', the European Social Network (ESN) will host another webinar focusing on 'Covid-19 and social services: Challenges and future planning'.
The webinar, which will take place on Friday 24 April, 10:00 CET, intends to present how the current crisis which social services have been confronting for the past 6-8 weeks in Sweden, Belgium and Spain, will impact on the future planning of services to the most vulnerable in these countries.
We are also delighted to have the European Commission’s Social Policy Director, Mrs. Katarina Ivankovic-Knezevic, who will highlight what potential support the EC could recommend or provide in the future as we adjust and plan for a post-covid-19 Europe.
• Christian Fillet, City of Bruges and ESN’s Chair, Belgium
• Elisabet Gonzalez, Barcelona County Council, Spain
• Graham Owen, Association of Directors of Social Services, Sweden
• Katarina Ivankovic-Knezevic, Social Policy Director, European Commission
