¡Feliz Año!

Va un anuncio de posible interés para miembros de la lista.

Dear Colleagues,

the summer school 'Phase-field models for the evolution of complex
will take place in the village of Peyresq, southern France, from
7/09/2020 to 18/09/2020.

Intended principally for Ph.D. students and young researchers, the
school will review various fundamental
aspects of this modelling method, and then discuss applications in
several different fields, mainly related
to microstructure evolution in materials. More information can be found at:

We send this announce to a list of colleagues and research contacts that
we have compiled between all the
lecturers. However, many persons are certainly missing; therefore, we
would be grateful if you could forward
this message to students and colleagues that  might be interested.

Peyresq is a historic village in the Alps of southern France, with
splendid possibilities for hiking, and the seminar
center will certainly provide an extremely nice environment for a
productive stay.

The application for the school is now open; in total, there is space for
only 35 participants. So, if you intend to
participate, apply as early as possible ! The end of the early
application period is 15/04/2020.

For the organizing team,

Mathis Plapp, Yann Le Bouar
