A major £2.4M research programme into the fluid dynamics of micro and nano devices has been launched across Strathclyde University, Warwick University, and Daresbury Laboratory. Led by Prof Jason Reese of Strathclyde, with Prof David Emerson of Daresbury and Dr Duncan Lockerby of Warwick, as well as 9 external industrial partners, the programme is about simulating and designing fluid flow devices at the smallest scales in order to develop revolutionary new technologies.
