Hello,

Within the University of Cádiz's International Summer School program, we
are hosting a one-week course on Computational Fluid Dynamics. The
course, *“An Invitation to Computational Fluid Dynamics: From
Fundamentals to Applications”* will be held from *September 15th to
September 19th, 2025*, is designed to provide *master’s and doctoral
students*, as well as advanced learners, with the essential skills to
effectively use *Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)* tools.

    **

The course will take place over *five days*, combining *theoretical
lessons*, *hands-on programming*, and *practical applications*:

  * *Theoretical instruction* covering the *fundamentals of fluid
dynamics*, *numerical methods*, and the principles of *CFD*.
  * *Hands-on programming in Python*, allowing participants to develop
CFD algorithms and gain insight into the inner workings of
    computational tools.
  * *Practical sessions* using *OpenFOAM*, a widely-used open-source CFD
tool, to understand its applications and how it compares to
    commercial CFD software.
  * *Case studies* focusing on applications in aerospace, automotive,
    energy, and environmental engineering.

The cost will be 50E for students and 75E for professionals.
