Dear colleagues,

We are pleased to announce the 11th Liquid Matter Conference, which will be
held in the Clarion Congress Centre, Prague, Czech Republic, July 20-24,
2020. Like previous events in the series hosted by Lyon (1990), Florence
(1993), Norwich (1996), Granada (1999), Konstanz (2002), Utrecht (2005),
Lund (2008), Vienna (2011), Lisbon (2014) and Ljubljana (2017), the
conference will review recent advances in experimental, theoretical and
applied studies in the liquid state of matter. The topics covered are:

1. Ionic Liquids, Electrolytes and Liquid Metals
2. Water, Mixtures and Solutions
3. Liquid Crystals and Anisotropic Fluids
4. Polymers, Polyelectrolytes and Biopolymers
5. Colloids
6. Liquid Interfaces, Films, Foams and Emulsions
7. Liquids in Confinement, Solid-Liquid Interfaces and Nanofluidics
8. Supercooled Liquids, Glasses and Gels
9. Active Matter and Driven Systems
10. Biological Fluids

The conference will consist of plenary lectures, topical symposia with
keynote lectures and contributed oral presentations as well as poster
sessions. The plenary speakers are

The conference is organized jointly by the Czech Academy of Sciences and J.
E. Purkinje University, under the auspices of the European Physical
