The project is aimed to design a robust process to increase the productivity of poliketides/non ribosomal peptides (PK/NRP) compounds with antitumor and antiviral properties through a DBTL (Design, Built, Test and Learn) workflow. The main tasks involved are the heterologous expression of target metabolic pathways, using cutting edge synthetic biology approaches in Pseudomonas putida as a model cell factory and the developing of novel genetic tools.

Información complementaria de la oferta:
MS in Molecular Biology, Synthetic Biology, Biotechnology or similar. Experience in bacterial physiology and metabolism, knowledge of molecular biology and bioinformatics will be highly valued.
