Información complementaria de la oferta:
Project description:
To understand how the information encoded in the genome is translated into morphology, we focus on a regulatory locus containing a single gene, Lmx1b, which is responsible for dorsoventral (DV) polarity in the limb. Our goal is to elucidate the regulation and mode of action of Lmx1b and to investigate its potential direct role in digit tip regeneration, the best example of regeneration in mammals. We combine mouse genetics, genomic analyses, genomic editing and testing of regulatory elements. both in vitro and in vivo.

Candidates must have a Master’s degree in Biotechnology or related disciplines ideally with some background in bioinformatics. Please, contact Marian Ros for further details and include your CV.
