I assume you are using the direct PAPI mode (going first through the AS
and not using either a GPoA or the WAYF service). Do you get the
acceptance JPEG from the PoA? If that's the case, could you send the
log corresponding to the authorization phase (when the AS invokes
the LOGIN operation at the PoA)? During that phase is when the cookies
are generated by the PoA...
