Hi.

Could we have just a statement about when PAPI was created and when did
it go into production the first time, in the main page of PAPI?:
http://papi.rediris.es/

It's to give a bit more context in the initial reading. I think it's
important to see that:
 * PAPI is older than Shibboleth, etc.
 * PAPI es very mature

It would also be nice to hace a very small summary of the differences
between PAPI and other systems.
