The current version of the PAPI core only runs on Apache 1.x
(with mod_perl 1.x as well). phpPoA runs either on PHP 4 or 5
(and on any version of Apache, of course).
We are working in an Apache2-compatible version of PAPI that
we expect to have available in a short time, but for the moment
if you want to run the PAPI core you must run Apache1.
Other possible solution is that you use the stand-alone GPoA
(Java based) and phpPoA. The stand-alone GPoA is not available
at the PAPI site, but if you are interested, tell me and I'll
forward it to you.
Best regards,
